The 2019 motorsport season is well on the way, and the team at AMS Porsche have already been out and about enjoying success in numerous different championships with several different cars and not just Porsches!

We are delighted that our customer’s Porsche Boxster S race car has taken to the track at Silverstone – racing in the highly competitive CSCC championship, it will be returning to the track in July all the way up in Anglesey.
Adding to the Silverstone success, three AMS Porsche powered cars have been competing in the Porsche Club Great Britain Club Championship, Toyo Tyres Porsche Championship and the Restoracing Series with multiple class podiums and 100% reliability. These are other shining examples of racing with a reliable Porsche engine, tuned to perfection!
AMS’s own Angus Archer has been competing in the PCGB Club Championship, with a podium finish first time out at Donnington, in the AMS prepared Boxster S. Unfortunately, he had to miss the Brands Hatch GP round as AMS had commitments with customer cars elsewhere, but he will be returning for the Brands Hatch Indy double headers in early July. Our customers always come first!
Finally, our customers historic Alfa Romeo Sprint GT has enjoyed class success at Donnington Park Historic festival, Thruxton Motorsport Celebration as well as club races at Snetterton, Silverstone and Brands Hatch. A class victory in the HRDC Alfa Romeo historic challenge at Thruxton has been the highlight so far with plenty more races to come.
The next outing for this lovely little car will be at Castle Combe a bit later in the summer.
